Please read this policy carefully, it applies to your interactions with Eat'n Park Hospitality Group (including our operating divisions), whether through one of the websites we operate (including without limitation eatnpark.com, smileycookie.com, curahospitality.com, parkhurstdining.com, parkhursteventcatering.com, hellobistro.com, theporchatschenley.com, and sixpennkitchen.com) other online interactions (including e-mails and social media), text messaging promotional campaigns, or phone calls to us.

With respect to information we collect and how we use it:

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically logs only the consumer's IP address. We collect the IP address, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, comments, complaints, feedback, suggestions and/or site registrations. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

If you text message us for discount coupons, we will respond with a reply message accordingly, but we do not use or retain your mobile phone number after sending our response to your message.

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information, including email address, with third parties except as otherwise provided for in our Privacy Policy. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site, when we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site.
