With defining architectural features ranging from the soaring 50 foot ceiling of gilded baroque décor to black bear, jaguar and walrus in their natural habitat to a hall modeled after the Parthenon’s inner sanctuary, this venue offers the perfect setting for almost any gathering. Holy Cross Banquet Hall (New Parkhurst Venue)

What We Like About This Venue:

Perched on top of the hillside overlooking the Galleria, Holy Cross Banquet Hall is located in the heart of the South Hills community. Eden Hall Farm

What We Like About This Venue:
If you’re looking for a comfortable laid-back ambiance with a rustic touch, Eden Hall Farm may be the venue for you. This hidden gem nestled in the scenic countryside of Richland Township, is the new home of Chatham University’s School of Sustainability. The estate is currently comprised of two distinctive offerings for private rental - the Mueller House and the Lodge. Its white picket fences, 388 acres of rolling land and towering trees resemble a Kentucky horse farm.

Mueller House is a brick-and-stucco Craftsman-style home featuring woodwork and tile throughout the first floor. Just off the foyer is a living room with a 6-foot-high fireplace, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, oak crown molding and wainscoting. There's also a spacious dining room with a butler's pantry. The enclosed porch, which runs around three sides of the home, is especially inviting and has hosted a wide variety of social and corporate events.

Just steps from the Mueller House front porch is the two-story Lodge built in 1951. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a reception area and coat room that leads to the dining area, large living room and library. Downstairs is the retro recreation lounge featuring a two-lane bowling alley and pool table. Perfect for retreats, the second floor of the Lodge contains two meeting rooms and 13 bedrooms, each with two twin beds.   A variety of AV equipment is available on-site for rental. Outside, the Lodge majestically overlooks well-manicured grounds perfect for tenting. The large in-ground heated swimming pool and patio offer yet another picturesque area for entertaining.  

Eden Hall is a very practical North Hills venue that provides you with natural charm, flexibility, and is reasonably priced. The serenity of the farm lends itself to the kind of environment needed to take the focus off of the day-to-day routine, and shift the energy of a meeting, as well as offering the perfect setting for any special event.

Schenley Plaza

Schenley Plaza represents an exciting new venue for your special event.  Located three miles east of downtown Pittsburgh and directly across from the Cathedral of Learning, Schenley Plaza is Oakland's green oasis. The restored five-acres, as you experience it today, is the result of ten years of planning and partnership to revitalize and reclaim a prized piece of historic Schenley Park. Modeled after New York City’s Bryant Park, this historic park’s great lawn, lush gardens and landscape feature hundreds of abundant native plants and flowers that peak at various times of the growing season. The Kaufmann Center at Hill House

Hartwood Acres and the Mansion

Preserved within the 629 acre park in the North Hills, is one of the largest and most spectacular country estates in the region. The mansion houses an excellent collection of original English and American antiques.
